No reply past 4 days, you swapped Cabin fever and "Dig site" isin't even completed shouldn't I get refunded for 2 quests?

Used Asuma, took him 5 days to not even complete an order, he swapped out a quest for one I couldn't do Been trying to ask him what's going on, no replies on skype. Paid 13m to this guy and had a terrible service, not impressed what kind of service are you offering to your customers?
