The evidence clearly points towards him, I don't see him getting out of this one. I'm just so frustrated at people misusing their reputation to scam others genuinely trying to trade.

He did not post on my topic in the market, he just added me on skype. I asked him to PM me on osbot to confirm he is the user. I confirmed he was and with 200+ positive feedback I had no doubts he would scam. However, as a precaution as always, I went in increments of 40m rsgp. After the trade, he wanted more (I can provide skype conversation as evidence), I refused and asked for my money back, he then logged off.
