Hello, yes I can explain what happened on my side. Lot of shit happened in my real life, so I was kind of less active and then few days inactive (was not able to get on my computer, thats why I have not been responding, sorry for that). I've done several skill requirements and some quests on the account (can provide all screenshots of course). Last thing I've done on that account was Biohazard quest on 28th of March. I am not aware of any high valued items on your account, have seen maybe regen brace once. I was mainly doing quests, so I was not even focused on what's in your bank. That's all I can say for myself, because I don't really know what was happening since my last log out. By the way..haven't seen anywhere asking for permission to login. As logging in during completion is breaking our TOS. Moreover, it is huge order, please notice that your account had only like 60 str and no skills/quests at all. So I think there is some progress, not "CLOSE TO NOTHING DONE". As I remember, there was an agreement that your slay lvl will be done with diaries lamps and diaries have some requirements, you know.. As compensation I would suggest refunding money for what is left(not done) on the account and also refunding your bond.
