    If the account has no membership i can spend like a max of 40. If it has a current membership, depending on how long I can pay more. What are the combat stats lie? Looking for a low combat level tbh.

     

    Would I need to pay extra for the other stats? I'm honestly looking for a low combat level account with little to no quests done because I'll be playing with a friend.
