    Do I record 30 seconds of strait arrow key movement? I did like a 0.5second blimp of activity just to keep it from logging. Should I do more?

    I want to use the Ghost Control client to afk nightmare zone with guthans. Has anyone had experience with this? any advice on how to set it up? Any bans? How long should I afk for with it? How exactly should I set it up to seem as real as possible?
