  1. Do you know I can find the email address for their support team. I haven't been able to find one that's something I've been looking for actually.
  2. They couldn't have deleted it I'm still paying for the membership. And my email is still registered to the account I can still recover all my information. And I actually had to submit an appeal to set a new email which they approved after all this started because I didn't remember which email I had used. So they couldn't have deleted could they? 0.0
  3. So I'm not sure if I was banned or not.. I was logged into the client and I had just started a script, this was a few days ago and I was logged in for a few minutes when It said connection lost and I was logged out of runescape. I tried to log back in but it said username/pass is incorrect. Actually the client tried to log me back in like it always does but as I mentioned it said the information wasn't recognized. I can't log into the game or the website itself anymore but if I go to recover my username/pass via email I get my username and I can reset my pass but even after I do that I still cannot log into the game. Normally it says this account is banned, but I get a login error telling me that my login has failed. To top it all off I haven't found a way to contact Jagex for help with this since I can't log into the forums at all. Anyone else have/had this issue and can help me fix it please? Maybe just have an idea why it's happening.
