To be honest, the whole verified status crap is just another way for PayPal to get access to your bank and credit card. If anything, they are just meaningless. Been using unverified accounts and never had issues. You do get a sending limit, but add a VCC to that SOB and I am good to go just like a Taco Bell commercial.
