In the design community you have .PSD's right? Well, a pack is basically just a large .PSD with useful resources within it. My pack for example is RuneScape based. Hope this answers your question.

Would you guys like to see a Runescape themed pack released for cheap or maybe even free? Attached is an example of something I quickly put together with some of the PNGs that are within the pack I'm making. Let me know below.

I'd give you a solid 5/10. The reason I say this is because the scheme doesn't really fit the text. Not to mention the images you've used are a little.. "fake" looking? If you'd like some lessons I'll give you some for free. I love helping out.
