Inside of nightmare zone, you will not log out until your character dies. there is no 6 hour limit. you can last a full 22 hours with guthan's set and the same with ahrim's when blood bursting. that's how long it takes the set of armor to break to 0%. once you leave nightmare zone your account is kicked off the game, but then you can safely log back in. been doing it since the update came out
