Yes people get firecapes here, you can't trust just anyone you have to look for people with many positive feedback (green). The more the more services he has completed previously so therefore he would be more liable then others. There's always a risk of scamming involved, however if you use the verified section in the service section, there is a smaller chance of you getting scammed.
