This happened like 2 or 3 days ago and havent gotten vip stuff back

Hi there, I bought VIP like a week ago but cancelled the reoccurring of it because I didn't want to forget about it and have it drain my card, and after doing that it took away my VIP status even though I clearly paid for a full month.
