It would depend on how fresh we're talking? (I.E fresh but with minimal supplies such as quest required items, food and items) or completely fresh. It's not something we've contemplated really, so it's hard to be sure on what the market is like for things like this. Unfortunately not! However I am negotiating cheap prices for quests. And a few selected quests within the service are free anyway. I hope this helps
