Ct Sound

New to this, Clicked download and all that happened was, it popped up in my downloads and said it was downloaded but when I open folder it keeps asking me fi I want to save and when I say yes it repeats the same steps I just said over and over with no end game. can someone please help me, I don't know what the issue is here.
