dont watch tv in my opinion sucks you in quite easily and if you start to not like what you see it tends to be hard to pull your self away i tend to have laps around the house a change of scenery is always good pleasant upbeat music liquid drum n bass will chill you out and if you do start to feel its a bit much orange's or orange juice will help dont smoke to much high grade either it can get a bit much and feel like your in a loop sometimes pure mentality and the great outdoors
