How would flagged proxies be known?

YRN's Profile - http://osbot.org/forum/user/106674-yrn/ YRN's Thread - http://osbot.org/forum/topic/63157-cheapest-anywhere-private-osbot-ready-proxies-paypal-rsgp-any-client/ I have purchased 1 of his proxies earlier today. I setup it up on my browser to check out the ping + speed and found that it is absolutely horrible. It wasn't up to any sort of standard that is even worth using for anything. Forget trying to bot these. Also how unstable they are is horrendous, it can take 10 seconds to load google.com, doing a speed test the ping would be up or down by 300ms each time you do a test. So this + that it had a user + pass I did not like about the proxies so I requested a refund. He has "No Refund" policy on these proxies which in my opinion should not be allowed especially when he is known to have crap proxies as mentioned by "Zora" on Advertising other bots isn't allowed..org where they have had complaints from other members. - https://Advertising other bots isn't allowed..org/forum/index.php?/topic/2975-yrn-proxies/ I deem a very unsteady 2MB/s 150 - 350 ping to be not functional.... He denied giving me a refund, until he finally gave me a refund for what I take is that because he has TWC on him... Terrible Speeds YRN giving me access to this proxy To top it off to say that the proxies are "private", I wouldn't be so sure about it. If you Google that IP as in "173.234.169.191" it appears to me that the IP has been active at least from December 2013, where it appears to be on blacklist / spam lists. If an IP has been used especially for 2+ years, how does he promise that their not flagged by Jagex? His Proxy provider is "ProxiesNow" which I have heard are very bad. I can provide further evidence if need be to a mod by any means necessary e.g. Skype, Teamviewer
  3. Could I please have one WITHOUT authentication. Thanks.

    Added on Skype.
  5. I would recommend Private Socks5 Proxies which you can purchase from bot markets, and retail sites online.
