[Vip but won't let me use mirror mode]

Hi! Ice been a vip for like five months now but every time I go to use mirror mode it says "mirror mode is only for VIPs." Am I wasting my money? Why can't I use mirror mode

is anyone having problems with it? whenever i go to start the bot up it just crashes. is there any specific settings i need for it? any help would be nice
