This is also probably not the time or place for this but I am pretty fed up. I sold an account due to a misunderstanding with a worker that wouldnt have b gloves for 2 hours and refunded within 1hour of a dispute being opened, and I got banned and indefinite TwC. Sysm got me 2 def due to a misunderstanding with a worker it has been 2days and it he still hasn't refunded at the very least my deposit. If we look at both situations either my punishment is extremely harsh or sysm's is extremely lax.

like I literally go out of my way to pay alot of money to build certain accounts whether it be for aesthetics the stats or for utility purposes. I still do, an in all of 1hour that work was ruined. and am now having my grief valued at $38-40 USD. I could lose 40m in a stake and go to sleep at night. Now my account will finish at 60/90/2/99/31/99 cb 75 rather 60/90/1/99/31/99 cb 74. As a solely bounty world pker this has quite a few ramifications. It truly bothers me that there are some people within the community that think I am any bit happy to accept 40m for this mess up. The suggestion of eventually questing the def does not appeal to me because I have 3 rune pures sitting already. this was an account that I personally play on, and didnt have future plans to sell. and now that is through and through a sunk cost and sunk time. If osbot plans to be consistent with their business process in the future setting the precedent now of a 40m refund after ruining a almost maxed pure is a dangerous game to play.

I have layed out most of my side, with that being said if it is not too much to ask, I would appreciate a couple fresh pair of eyes take a look at this dispute. Or if you guys can discuss amongst yourselves one more time pleaseee, so I may feel comfortable. This sets the precedent that gaining 1-2def. on an almost maxed pure = 40m refund. Which I believe is nothing to not only most humans but especially a trusted a verified service provider who in my opinion uses something as risky as worker should have money set aside for situations like this rather than complaining. And Also the mention of this being done by accident keeps being brought up why is that relevant the account is still 2 def. Entertaining the idea of lieing and complicating the dispute is dangerous and should be looked into. Also please look at the fact that I gave sysm 40,000,000 OSRS GP at approx 10:24 pm for 92-99 range on 6/23/2016 At approx 11:30 pm my account was leveled to 2 defence. No range xp acquired. It is now 6/25/2016 and at the very least sysm has not returned that 40,000,000 OSRS GP and is instead asking for time to come up with the funds. As a MM please look into the fact why he did anything with the money I gave him. when 12hours from the point of receiving the money he was notified he was being disputed.

Its like you guys are trying to gauge for me how much of a bother 2 def is. It is not an eye sore for me. I have worked with members on your staff to build a custom account. They should know first hand how meticulous I am with my account builds. If im not mistaken 61attack was acquired and we scrapped the entire idea for the account. over 24hours into the dispute still havent at the very least received my deposit payment back. And the 40m compensation I believe is a rushed verdict and it is not fair to give me an ultimatum and threaten to close the dispute if I do not agree. I think if you take a minute to assess both sides since everyone is taking their time anyway something more fair can be achieved.
