    Hi, so I had £74 in my paypal account and decided to transfer it to my bank account, I added my bank account and started the transfer before verifying my bank and to verify your bank you need two payments of less than £1 ea to do so (this is refunded). However, I now have 0.00 In my paypal and I'm stuck with my transfer pending as you can't cancel a transfer request. If someone could help me out I'd be more than willing to repay more when it transfers.
