I assume he is recieving a list with suspicious accounts and he has to check them in order. It is possible if the more suspicious accounts are placed at the top , based on priorities , and many accounts stacked over the accounts of the noobs you're talking about. Unlikely , but possible.

The first is a bit better for gaming or about the same in comparison with the second cpu. The second cpu is better for botting and multi tasking.

Even if he botted 24 hours a day and botter efficient methods in p2p it should take at least 3 days and this is an unrealistic scenario.

OSRS wasn't ment to last , but Jagex was impressed by the number of players so they tried and still trying to milk it . The game is not appealing for noobs to come , one of the main reasons is graphics. Since they don't want to invest in graphic designers to upgrade the visuals they decided to try their luck with a mobile app since is a lower investment with a decent chance of success. In my opinion , if OSRS mobile will not bring new players the game will become dead in 1-2 years.

OSRS mobile will either big a huge success or just a crappy app for the current player to afk some skills . It has potential but IMO it will be a failure .

Depends . I'm using bone bolts to train and I avarage around 27k xp/h at 70 ranged . It wont go up by much trying to get 80 . I'd say it takes like 80-85 hours to get 80 ranged at crabs not including meele stats .
