I control all the accounts myself so a server isnt an option. I need to play on as many accounts as possible

I play an online game called 'Oldschool Runescape' it is not a game with good graphics. I have been using an alienware for the last year but I need a second computer so I can play the game on more accounts. I need a computer which allows me to run lots of java clients. My current one will run 11 but always running at 100% CPU usage and will lagg. Would it be best for me to get a i7 gaming pc again or a workstation with an xeon 8 core processor. If you could help me out let me know on what specs to look for.

what do you mean by wont play effectively? will it be fine for 10 runescape clients/screen? @twitch

I am looking to fit as many osbot clients in one monitor as i possibly can. Currently 6/screen and I would like 10+/screen.
