It doesn't matter that much who handles your dispute, we discuss these things in the staff chat anyway. After deliberation with the staff team, taking into account the evidence both sides have provided us, we have come to the final decision that won't have to refund anything. In addition to this, in light of recent additional evidence and information provided us it was almost impossible for to not have been a part of this scam and thus he will be placed in TWC. This is our final ruling, I'm pretty sure we have seen and taken into account all the evidence now.

The thing with the SOTM is that it's only successful when we offer a substantial reward added up to all the other perks of the SOTM winner rank and have a freestyle theme. Tbh it doesn't seem worth it unless someone is willing to donate an RSGP or cash reward. I spent a little bit more time finding out if maybe they were wrong on pb so I'm going to tell you what I just replied to you via PM. Yes, ofc he is artkid on pb but he is not xGeoffrey which is why he got banned. Believe me, we looked into this thoroughly before and it's not him. The only reason he got banned was because they linked one of the IPs from @artkid0 to the IP of @xGeoffreyy. By looking into the IPs on OSBot it's very clear that he also tried to gain access to @artkid0s account on here but failed. Which is why the IP was only found in the login error logs and is not linked at all to the IP @artkid0 usually uses. That's the proof I'm looking at. Kind regards Dex
