Thanks, is there anyway you could PM me some advice on how to dispute the paypal payment and reclaim it successfully? Also some advice on how to chargeback via banks/get a runescape account banned that youve no control over, thanks

My bank has 50m in it. It's been a day, he hasn't replied. I want to start the actions to get the account banned so he completely loses out on the account via charge backing membership I paid for and the £35 I paid for the account. This way he hopefully gets banned before the pin is broken so he can't profit from the 50m sitting there.

The account i bought had 99 range and a bot busting ban which he said he got from botting Agility. Thus this isnt the first time he has sold the account and recovered it.

Thus I'm wanting a decision within 2 days so if he has scammed the account can be banned before he has access to the bank so he losses out completely. What happened is Cooper1992 bought an account in August 2015, and it got recovered by a scammer.
