My marketing agent informed me they received a warning on this website for "excessive bumping". From what I have seen, my agent has always abided by the timeframe rule, and in most cases has only bumped each of my forum topics once per 24 hours. This is where this site flaws from others. I should not be responsible for workers - I instruct all customers to remove every item of wealth from their account before any work. I hold all payments, resulting in it being a scam-free experience for both the buyer, and the worker. There are very few people in the market that are as organized as I am. The offsite mention was a mistake as it's a copy from my offsite thread layout in which I have served thousands of people, hundreds of which even posted on the thread. I have evidence to backup my claims to prove my figures are in no way exaggerated. Reasons for my argument about the workers: 1) It's a very common scam that buyers are framing services for "stealing their bank". This is why I'm extremely strict and refuse to do any order if a buyer refuses to transfer their bank to an alt. Again, I can screenshare/screenshot all customer skype chatlogs which are archived always for proof. 2) There's no logical explanation to why I'd be responsible for my workers. Yes I set myself strict rules, such as making the time to collect payments, risk holding gold (i get rwt banned a lot), and make appropriate payouts, archive all chats, monitor all transactions and promote the service. The only thing the worker does is complete the ingame task, in which nothing is risked by the customer other than the bare minimal, always being under the insurance fee obtained from each worker before being recruited. 3) Should a worker scam, it would be appropriate for the buyer to open a scam report against the worker. I'd be fully cooperative and unbiased during the entire process of the dispute. And yes I'd reimburse the buyer as there's no way a worker would ever get the opportunity to scam more than the entry fee, UNLESS they worked with the buyer separately, outside my service, therefore having nothing to do with me. Again I refuse all orders unless the buyer and worker abide by my strict, but very safe system in place. 4) I select my workers very carefully unlike most other service owners who are just looking to grab a quick bit of gp from "entry fees". Many of my workers are maxed and completionist cape players on their personal accounts. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding, and if there's anything else you'd like to discuss let me know. It'd be better if you could discuss appropriate terms of service which abide by the site rules and my strict, and arguably the safest system in the entire market right now. If you'd rather not assist in suggesting good service terms, please just close this topic and I will not offer this service to benefit the market here, because honestly, one less forum topic is not really a loss on my end.
