U can check that in osrs lumby by speaking to Hans not my best record because i have had accs b4 this but they are all gone lol, but this one is the vettiest i have atm on osrs MAKE A POST ONLY IF YOU HAVE PROOF OF THAT!

i have had this problem too, and i tried several things but i didnt seem to get fixed the problem, after a while of trying to launch again it worked well again, not sure what the problem was in.
