One more thing to add, the reason I am posting on osbot is because yushey and video (the mod on sythe that gave the final saying) have had a bad history of flaming between each other. This is definitely a reason that video denied the refund from chicks. Also video is a working with chicksgold and I believe a biased decision was made. If a user has no outstanding debts. The user should be paid out. Before video replied to the thread, the other sythe mod, Andy said that the funds will be returned to yushey if no debts are found. Video made the final decision of not returning the funds because of their arguements in the past and video is directly affiliated with chicksgold. Hopefully osbot can do the right thing.

On top of that when @Chicks Says he sends the BTC to the user in question it's not sent when he says that and payment always comes hours later. Which i can imagine is really annoying when he goes on to ignore the user when he asks why he says he sent but actually didn't.

The user in question has no outstanding debts and nobody has been scammed. @Chicks is showing sincere unprofessional business management here by withholding this users money. This particular user might have some sketchy behaviour going for him but this is no reason to not pay someone out. Again this report is being made on behalf of the victim. We share the same bank so I send him bank transfer and he sends me bitcoin for 5% commission fee. Usually the waits are like 20-30 minutes before I get a response from chicks. I decided to gamble today, so I sent chicks 1.5k$ bank transfer. I did not hear for 1 hour+. In the meantime, I got a loan from a friend and made money, so I decided to cancel the trade with chicks as I did not receive the BTC or a response from chicks. I removed the BTC address from our conversation so that chicks would not send the bitcoin. 1 hour later. Chicks responds by saying he sent the bitcoin a long time ago. (He is lying. He didn't send the bitcoin. I will explain further). I had purposely removed the BTC address before chicks responded, so that he won't send the btc. I gave Chicks my bank info to send the transfer refund. In the end, he refunds me 1425$ out of the 1500$ I sent. He clearly lied about "sending the btc". He tried to get the commission fee out of me. He would not have refunded my bank 1425$ if he knew that he did not send the bitcoin to begin with. All in all, he owes me 75$ CAD. "the bitcoin was refunded to a sythe admin. however this sythe admin refuses to pay the 75$ because "i am a cancerous human being". This sythe admin is also a worker for chicksgold, therefore the money was not refunded, and is still being held by chicksgold."
