Well you're VIP so you already have mirror. You probably won't be able to run more than one mirror client though due to heavy CPU usage. It could be the script, account age, injection, who knows? Do the scripts have good antiban features? Did you buy the proxies or free? What were you botting?

You'll never know which it was and what the reason was. Jagex delays bans so that you can't avoid a future ban by not following the same method

You must've used a fucking terrible script and agility is high ban rate

Run each different account on a different proxy but if you have money to spend, a proxy for each bot is best. If these are not suicide accounts avoid botting during jagex working hours, bot for 10-12 hours with breaks and use premium scripts/private You should probably plan everything out before buying a server etc
