Well Boys I have had many ups and downs on this account, and have been hacked twice, while taking this account from 60-77-60 to 70-92-70 all from CZAR Ankous. This is my ultimate goal, and I will quit if it doesn't go down because I was cleaned a few days ago. Here we go.... Starting Stats/Inventory--------------------------------------------------------- I understand this probably wont turn into one proggy because of update on Thursday etc but... Basically I will not turn this computer off so one huge proggy is the goal 99 strength and bank loot here we come. First afternoon done, 93 strength gainz with 1.1m in lewt Over 24 hours in, 94 strength with 2.7m gp gainz and over 1m xp gainz 43 hours in. Almost 2m xp gainz, 95 strength, 4.5m gp gainz Decided to stop script because of thursday update, will turn on again on Thursday morning In 53 hours with breaks per ~3 hours, 2.48m strength xp, and over 6m gp gained Gains from 53 hours After over a day break we back on the grind!!! 3m till 99 str o_o Decided to take another break at 20 hours, rethought my choices, not really suiciding now, just going to bot atleast 10 hours a day until 99, here is a nice proggy though under 300k for 97 strength, and about 1m xp gainz Gainz update-------------------------- June 19th 3 HP levels, 4 strength Missed a proggy ;( Ran for about 10 hours, got 97 strength and 44k off 88 hp! Another small proggy, just started it back up Taken a break, about 600k from 98 strength. I only got ban when I knew it was my fault when I made my second set of bots they didnt get ban, but when you do weekend you can do overnight too but yea there should be no bans ill be doing it this weekend and ill post results on like monday :P

I am wondering if people would be interested in video scripting tutorials, I know we have some great written ones here, but (at least for me) I find videos to be more engaging. I am thinking of making a series that goes from the basics of making a script through the entire life cycle of a script. The series would go through the process of making an entire non-trivial script from the idea to the end product and the maintaining phase. I remember a video tutorial by one of the scripters here helped me get started almost two years ago, so I'm thinking this would be a fun way to help out some new people. Let me know!

So what's the best way of botting ranged? A method that'll get you well over 50k xp/h?

First time OSBot user and first time OSRS botter here. I have botted before (never have been banned) but that was before EOC and before RS turned to shit. Never have I botted on OSRS. Now that it is the summer time, I decided to give RS another go after long hiatus. Also, if you recognize my name, it's because I have been a member of Sythe.org since 2007. Background of the account: Level 81 zerker, used basic zerker gear (torso, rune legs, rune boots, d scim, rune defender, b helm, glory). As you can see, I joined OSBot for the first time yesterday, at around 4pm CST. I was looking for different botting sites based off of reviews on Sythe and info that I could gather off each botting website. Saw the reviews for Khaleesi's bot and decided what the hell, might as well try it out. Well, I started up the bot and kept my eye on it as it worked, never having used a script since OSRS came out, I wanted to make sure all went well. This is also why I only botted for a grand total of a spaced out 2 hours. The first session lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes. I decided to take a break, didn't want to overdo it at first, and logged off and didn't log back on until 1 hour later. The second session lasted 40 minutes, wanted to get in some last minute PC points before I headed off to bed (I have 40 hour a week summer job). I did not log back into the account until about 1 hour ago, around 3:25 pm CST. Once I logged in, I immediately was kicked off the server and DCed. I logged back in and received the message that my account had been disabled. I went to the message center and there it was, the first ban I have ever received on any version of RS. Although it is only a 48 hour ban, the fact that I botted for 2 hours total with a 1 hour break in between and it wasn't even one continues time is absolutely outrageous! Remember, this is the first time I have botted on OSRS, I had always personally trained my accounts.

I see where you're coming from. Something that warns people before they download normal client. Would say like normal client is much more likely to get you banned would be a great addition. Would make more people buy vip too @maldesto

You can timeout your halfopen connections or make your router drop the packets from the source IPs of the DDoS attack but most likely the only solution will be to call your ISP.

When you have the Client you can get scripts thought the client by pressing the play button and going to brows Not too sure what you mean scripting bots and sdn bots? - Scripting means to make the Script? SDN are made by others and you are able to use them yourself. Mirror mode 'Mirrors' a runescape client instead of running an injected client. When you open the client you will have advanced options to add a proxy

you could use something like.. getTrade().getLastRequestingPlayer().interact("Trade"); to interact with the trading player (Don't forget various null / distance / reachability checks)

The most OP maulers are the ones' that get str levels via barbarian fishing. My current obby mauler is 67 strength, 45 range, and only 32 combat. I am about 6-7 strength levels higher than other maulers at my combat level. Barb fishing takes a very long time though as you only get around 5k str xp p/h at 80+ fishing, but it is worth it in my opinion especially if you were wanting to neck risk at low levels. Getting strength levels via barb fishing only took me about two weeks of on and off botting (Obv you have to hit the barb fishing requirements before you can start fishing). Edit: Oh, and stick with 1 attack. People that get 5+ are likely just more upset with how difficult it can be to train. That "it only costs one CB level" argument is quite laughable because that one extra CB level puts you 3-4 strength levels behind people at your CB.
