What would be the ban rate for using an autoclicker to alch in the real runescape client?

There is no "rate", use it at your own risk. 

 

If you want to compare it to something, you're more likely to get banned if you use an alching script than you are just simply using an auto clicker.

There are auto-clickers with an implemented system for 'random delay'.

You may set one up to click with a small variation of milliseconds between clicks, thus breaking the pattern.

I wouldn't recommend using this long-term; for example whilst you're not at your screen.
