I am looking for someone motivated and experienced with a background in sales and marketing to help drive sales and leads to our my small hosting service. Sales Expert This person will be primarily responsible for attracting new prospective clients and lead generation. You will responsible for trying to attract customers for our game vps hosting, shared hosting, dedicated hosting and colocation. The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications: ##### Primary Responsibilities: ##### - Generate your own leads and using your existing professional network to your advantage - Attracting new clients from lead generation to closing the deal - Periodic communication with your accounts to ensure quality of service and reputation - This is NOT a technical support position. - Handling sales tickets and requests for your accounts - Assist your customers with upgrades, downgrades, new orders, etc (up-sell) - Answer sales related tickets, emails and live chat requests in a timely and professional manner - Reporting to management with recent activity ##### Requirements: ##### - A minimum of 3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is recommended - Fluent in the English language (written and spoken) - Strong understanding of the "Sales Process" from prospecting to closing - Experience in the web hosting industry is highly recommended - Experience with WHMCS, CRM, and Live Chat is an asset - Must be computer savvy and have reliable access to the internet - Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with experience leading a team and the ability to see projects through to completion - At least 2 verifiable job references. Must be registered companies and can not be a company you owned. ##### Compensation ##### This is a self-paced position. We do not set your working hours. We do not baby-sit you or hold your hand. You are expected to handle your own schedule and work flow. You can work as much or as little as you like - it's your pay-check. If you choose to excel then you will be rewarded graciously for doing so. - First 1 to 3 months are probationary. - Commission based with signup bonuses - Supplemental pay per ticket / live chat - Those who prove to us they are capable of a long-term relationship will be moved into a higher rate of commission and salary, plus other bonuses. - Minimum monthly quota is expected, but lenient.
