Hi,

I purchased a VPS from Khanz and it's the worst VPS in the world every morning I wake up and it's crashed and comes up with "connection refused" when I try to login. I have contacted him on numerous occasions and he just ignores me and says "Skype" was in other room.

Additional notes:

As you can see, he was quick enough to request money because "trial" was ending which even the trial crashed but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. It then took him 3 days to move me to a PAID vps and not the trial but then the paid did exactly the same thing "Connection refused" every night so my bots did not run through the night. When I purchase a VPS I expect it to run 24/7 I appreciate sometimes there is problems and it needs to be rebooted but not every night.
