if you wanna prod around unskulled edge then keep 15. at 60 attk i'd get 45 pray fire cape and 94 mage to brid.

At 80+ stats the 15% is worth it. Low level 15 pray all the way but higher levels it doesn't really matter

and of course, anyone with fucking sense would get 31 prayer with a 99 stat... ur fucking useless 99 stat without that 15% bonus lolol, range for ex, 99 range with eagle eye u can hit 18 in f2p instead of a 16, big difference..
