Yup curvy, totally shud start doing more squats while gaining the weight back like wont your butt get super squishy and jiggly otherwise, in the gross way wacko.png 

High in carbs, like pizza and lasagna? >:"D

 

ya fam the ass will get big from squats. just make sure to train with that diet or otherwise you gon' get fat yo. you can switch back to a healthier diet once you get the results you are looking for.

 

and choose whatever you wanna eat as long as your getting the carbs in.

Okie thanks <: Should i avoid protein or just eat normally super carb-ish foods that might have that in them. 

Doesn't the butte need protein too, like to shape up? rolleyes.gif

ofc you still want to have protein intake in your diet. it's just you want high carbs to be supplemented into your diet as well.
