hello today i applyed for a service to be done by expeditious in his thread

and he accepted it i payed he said on skype that he will start after having something to eat but as you can see

he took somebody elses order after mine and then repeatedly lied to me he did refund me but i would like my negative

feedback to stay on his profile because he wasted my time and time really is money if he wasent able to complete the service fast i would have found somebody else to do it. 

 

i will post screenshots of skype convo if needed

 

he continues to lie when i asked for refund saying he had *bad internet* its just extremely aggravating wasting time like that when i could have went to somebody else

I don't see how it warrants a negative feedback. He told you once he had internet issues and he immediately offered you a full refund when he noticed you were not happy with him taking too long. I've removed both negative feedbacks, do not leave another one.
