Cowboy Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 Can someone explain the difference between a proxy and vpn and a vps? I always thought proxies were just different ip addresses. and the other two were to host your bots without you needing a good pc

Okabe Posted April 6, 2016 Posted April 6, 2016 (edited) Proxy - server that lets you use the IP of the server on the bot. Vpn - server that lets you use the IP of the server on your entire computer. Vps - server that lets you run the bot on there system using their IP, CPU & Memory. Vps NAT - server that lets you run the bot on there system just like a normal vps but the IP is shared with other users of the same company. Edited April 6, 2016 by Okabe
