1.must pay 7.5m deposit

2.i take 10 percent of commission (most of the time)

3.cant bail out of orders in process will result in kick from the service

4. Must have skype

5. Non refundable 7.5m

I am looking at all applications I am looking for around 4 workers or so that are dedicated and good workers thanks pm me ur apps or comment here and I can decide and we can arrange for the deposit and work

I can't tell if ur saying u want to pay 7.5m or u won't anyway I added your skype man

Hey, i can do fire capes very well and looking to make some cash?

I don't have skype any other way we can speak?

non refundable is the biggest scam. Putting a deposit down is fine so they won't scam but what's the point of it being non refundable. I know most people with services do this and it seems like they just want to make money off there workers rather than the orders itself.

Well actully a lot don't make it refundable also. If u don't Wanam join u don't have to its for urself and yes ofc the only reason people hire workers is for there own money lol that's the point man to help themselves get money and the worker

Yes I know I didn't mean to target you only, isn't the 10% commission on every order where they both make money?

yes you're correct but most people make the deposit fee non refundable now a days so I decided to aswell

Just to point out, my service money is non-refundable, they make 15-20% less per order depending what they deposit.

Where are we exactly trying to "scam", it's not a scam it's called business, anyone in it for the business and to make a good profit will know how it works and understands why it is the way it is.

uh you are taking the word to literal. The context in the way I used it, suggested that it's a huge rip off.. try not to take things so literal.

don't get butt hurt just because I called the bs non refund deposit out.

If your workers refused to pay the deposit (because it was non refundable), you would most likely would change your policy to let them keep the refund or you would miss out on a lot orders/money. #juststatingthetruth

ok so your making 15%-20% on every order without even doing it, this is where you should be making the money on them (not out of the workers pocket).
