It's an extremely common SE method where people either hack amazon accounts or buy items and then go into live chat/call and tell support that the items never arrived, or were damaged, or something to the effect. Then you can get a refund as a gift card which can be transferred to a different account. Plenty of people sell these illegal cards for extremely cheap rates.

I'm aware of that, although many people also just sell gift cards they've received and have no use for.

You can buy stuff with BTC, somebody with AGC buys it for you and receives the BTC ones you received the order.

It's like 70%-80% rates in your favor.
