Explanation: I paid for a service (75att,75def,75str) for 15m. He didn't finish the service. I connected today on my account after 24h+ without any progress and I saw my account naked. He stole all what I had (Money + items ).... 

 

He don't answer anymore on skype and he deleted my from his friendlist.

Please add some evidence when you create a dispute. We can hardly do anything with this information right now.

Regardless of that, I went ahead and requested him to post here and placed him in TWC.
