So I've recently got my first 2 day ban and I've been wondering how long I should wait until I can start botting agian? 

Playing legitly is not an option as I cba to use 2.6k bones on an altar. How cautious should I be?

any time but if your going to Bot again Go on a VPN and change your password + email on that VPN. If you get banned get the account locked, saying you got hacked\they will unlock the account\unban. doesn't always work. but yeah..

I'm just speculating here but I'm sure that if you get caught botting they wouldn't just be like oh well he's stopped now i guess after a month or so? In my opinion id think that if you've been caught once then its marked on your account or something.

nah your account gets flagged , but just bot in areas that the ban rate isnt high , dont bot like woodcutting or something

I think most the bans are accumulating from moderator bans, catching players out why away from there stations!
