That rate is only because it is BTC. I could offer Paypal but it'll be like $3.5

I don't mind selling for $3, which is well within the range of affordability, however with bitcoin. Users pay and then charge back, there's no need for me to take on the risk of selling a bond without extra profit. A lot of people are selling for $3.85, so I think $3.5 would be fair for a bond selling via Paypal (again, extra risk on my end).
