I factory reset my laptop so I haven't downloaded any programs until now, It will let me download the program but wont let me open it at all.. Can someone give me their Skype name and you can help me out on there? I'd really appreciate it, thanks. 

since u reset im asuming u havnt downloaded java?? might try with installing that and then trying agian
