So my friend gave me an osrs account he changed it to my email I changed the Password and I have an Authenticator but I was wondering if he wanted to could he recover it?

Yeah he can, fairly easily

 

All he needs to do is send in a recover request to Jagex with information about original creation date/ISP/Membership payments etc

Stick to having accounts made with your original account details or only off really trusted people, otherwise you'll probably lose out man.
