ReaLife Posted December 30, 2015 Share Posted December 30, 2015 So i linked my prepaid visa card to paypal and sent money to a person, and he refunded because he wanted me to send as family/friends, which I then did. But the refunded money has not appeared on my card balance after two days nor has it appeared on my paypal balance, even though on paypal it says the money was refunded.
