Was told to send a video/picture of my face holding my ID etc. I told them i wasnt prepared to do that and asked for a refund. I was told the refund would take 24 hours, i have waited 3 days now. When i get in contact with live chat i get tiold to "just wait". Still no news on my refund. Use these guys with extreme caution.
