maybe this goes a little to far for what you want. but, i used to work in computer security and i have had a lot of clients (company's) who decided to start using the cloud. (same functionality's as a VPN the word is just a lot more fancy). So you could try to call a cloudcomputing provider and see if you can get a small package from them( be sure to ask them what you get, some wont let the computer run if you're not currently connected to it). Security is also a lot better than most VPN sellers on these websites :p (ip wont be flagged either).
