Need someone to do the heavy lifting to kick start me a new 1 defense pure that as ANY stats (meaning they can be insanely low, that's actually preferred) as long as the following quests are complete;

- RFD Mith gloves
- Desert Treasures (no 43 prayer).
- Horror from the Deep


Any additional quests to this would be appreciated (only level attack from quests). I would prefer an account with the lowest combat stats possible while still having these quests done.
