Yeh its slow but at like lv 50 u start profiting 400k p/h.. @75 700k p/h. 

Mining is the shittiest skill in the game man imo

the one problem is that it is the absolute slowest skill in the entire fucking game and if you want to do it a little bit faster then you will get hand problems because it is so damn click intensive

And for the future: Avoid most free scripts and look into using mirror, it helps a LOT.
