ItemDefinition.getName() and Item.getName() became "null" for noted item ids

1. After today rs update, noted item names became "null" instead of real item name. They are null both if call ItemDefinition.forId().getName() and Item.getName().

If call ItemDefinition.forId(notedId-1).getName(), it returns real name of unnoted item by id.

3. Just put noted item to inv and try get its name.

4. Nope, it started after today's rs update.
