Disputed Thread: Service started on a different site, user was banned from that site and is now operating here.

Preface:  The Kraken agreed to train my account from 34-40attack, 41-90 strength, and 1-90 range for 50M.  User also stated that it would take him ~two weeks to complete.  After eight days he had only gotten 41-57 strength.  I requested a partial refund for the service because it was nothing like said it was going to be. User initially said he would grant a partial refund of 20M (which is absolutely absurd 20m for 16 strength levels???) He claimed he was hacked etc etc, then he went on holiday for a week.  Returned, i messaged him, he ignored me.  Asked him again about my refund and he told me to fuck off basically.

Here is the original deal info: User used a different skype before, presumably because he was banned from another site so he changed it: http://imgur.com/a/YVfQR

If any other evidence is requested, I would be more than happy to post it.  Cheers.

I banned him for offsite scamming. I'm sorry for your loss.
