So i got new headphones for xbox one, ( Turtle beach Ear Force XO SEVEN PRO ) and i got the sound in game to work and all but i cant hear anyone but i think they can hear me because it lights up when i talk. But no one can hear me and i cant hear them, how do you fix this? 

 

i tried google and youtube and there is bunch of dumb tutorials but they arent the problem im having.

Nope, i fixed it lol i had to reset my xbox though :s
