So I paid for vip user and I can't use the mirror mode and i still haven't gotten help.....or someone fixing this issue...I have reinstall java plenty of times my runescape clients and also the bot...and my issue is (could not load stream library)....

You might have to have JDK installed. Try use OSBuddy instead of runescape client.
